Working with Think WISE Studio transformed our evaluation from a reporting requirement into a powerful strategic asset. Dr. Susan Rowe brought exceptional rigor, thoughtfulness, and an equity-centered perspective to every stage of the process. She took the time to understand the interdisciplinary heart of Code Can Dance and translated complex findings into clear, practical recommendations. Think WISE Studio was more than an external evaluator; Susan was a trusted thought partner who cared deeply about strengthening our program and expanding its value for the students and educators we serve.

It was a pleasure to work with Think Wise Studio on a sustainability plan. Susan was responsive and very thoughtful throughout the entire process, with a discerning eye for what to include and how to bring the final product together. She listened to our goals, added valuable perspective, and helped turn our ideas into a clear, cohesive, and actionable document. I truly appreciated her expertise and partnership across this process.

I worked with Susan in WISE studio to craft a sustainability plan for Lane STEM Hub. After a few lively in person conversations Susan was able to produce a clear, thoroughly complete plan. This first draft captured in a very perceptive way most of the features and vision that makes Lane STEM what it is, it felt true and profound in many ways. But not in all of them... and that was the best part! Through further conversations, Susan was able to listen and understand the most nuanced parts of our identity and dreams and transform them into concrete and actionable items in the plan. The plan was used to apply for an OCF grant, which we got without any further observations. It was a great product and Susan afforded me an amazingly warm approach to this work and help me reflect deeply all along the way. I am very grateful to her.
